ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS/TERMS OF USE

By engaging La Belle Cove Travel (“we,” “us,” “our”) travel services or by using our website (www.labellecovetravel.com ), the Client (“you”, “your”) agree to be bound by Terms & Conditions. 

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services or website.

SERVICES PROVIDED

La Belle Cove Travel provides independent travel consulting and booking services, including:

  • Customized itinerary planning
  • Hotel, flight, cruise, and tour reservations
  • Travel insurance guidance
  • Destination recommendations
  • Collaboration with trusted travel suppliers.

Services may be fulfilled directly or in partnership with our host agency, Fora Travel, Inc., and/or third-party travel vendors.

La Belle Cove Travel operates as an independent affiliate of the host agency, Fora Travel, Inc.  Bookings may be made through Fora Travel’s platforms (supplier access, accounting, or support). Your data is handled with care and only shared on a need-to-know basis within the context of booking and managing your travel. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal and travel information
  • Review and approve itineraries and documents in a timely manner
  • Ensure you have a valid passport (with 6+ months validity), visas (if required), and necessary travel documents

Purchase travel insurance if you desire protection against cancellations, interruptions, or emergencies (strongly recommended).

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

All payments for travel arrangements are subject to the terms of the respective supplier (airline, cruise line, hotel, etc.). We do not control supplier cancellation or refund policies.

  • A service or planning fee may be charged separately and is non-refundable
  • Payments made to La Belle Cove Travel for services will be invoiced clearly and separately from supplier fees
  • Refunds, if any, are at the discretion of the suppliers, not La Belle Cove Travel.
  • On the third trip proposal sent to the Client without bookings made, La Belle Cove Travel reserves the right to charge a $75 fee before each future proposal sent. This $75 fee will be reimbursed per proposal upon booking. 

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE DISCLAIMER

La Belle Cove Travel strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for cancellations, trip interruptions, medical emergencies, and baggage loss.  You acknowledge that by declining insurance, you assume full financial risk for any potential loss. La Belle Cove Travel will not be held liable if travel insurance is declined or for any policy-specific issues/questions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

La Belle Cove Travel acts solely as an agent between you and travel suppliers. We are not responsible for:

  • Acts, errors, omissions, or failures of third-party suppliers
  • Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
  • Illness, injury, or property damage
  • Political unrest, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events

By using our services, you agree to hold La Belle Cove Travel and its affiliates harmless for any claims related to your travel planning and experience.

 

HOST AGENCY RELATIONSHIP

La Belle Cove Travel operates as an independent affiliate of Fora Travel, Inc. Certain bookings may be processed under our host agency’s credentials. This affiliation allows access to preferred suppliers, pricing, and support, but does not transfer liability for personal decisions made by the client or by travel suppliers.

 

WEBSITE USE

By using our website, you agree:

  • Not to misuse or alter content
  • Not to submit false or misleading information
  • Not to infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary information

We reserve the right to modify or remove any website content at our discretion.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on www.labellecovetravel.com , including text, logos, graphics, photography, and branding, is the property of La Belle Cove Travel and may not be copied, reproduced, or used in any way without permission.

 

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS/TERMS OF USE

We may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revisions.

 

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
